Not the properties fault but we had a next door neighbour apparently with Tourette’s syndrome. It was a bit noisy but interesting for a few days

Old in need of remodeling. Cleaning fees charged, blinds in room wouldn’t work and provided bad privacy. Musty smell to be expected on coast. Fold out couch wouldn’t work for adults if you planned on that. No utensils for gas grill. However a nice grill and pool area.

The pool was nice and the facility is on the beach. It has a full kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom were clean.

They lock up the office at exactly 5:00, with no employees on premises until the next morning. The choices for sleeping are a Murphy bed which fills up the entire kitchen, or a pull-out couch. I decided on the pullout couch until I saw how stained the mattress was. I ended up putting the cushions back on and covering them with a fitted sheet. I had no flat sheet, just a second fitted sheet. No one on premises to give me a sheet, even though it was only 5:15. The door leading to the room next door was thin, which made it possible to hear everything they said to each other.
