Cozy Boston Getaway Apartment Perfect for 2026 World Cup Visit, Free Parking

Almost nothing. If it weren't for the impossibility of sleeping in the unit due to incredibly loud talking and musical all night long from the upstairs unit, I would have still had difficulty sleeping because of the dramatic overuse of cheap perfume that was sprayed all over the bed sheets. (Why!?)

This was maybe the worst stay experiences that I have ever had. I was traveling for work. This was a Booking.com unit that was being rented airbnb style, in that this was a townhouse with two or three apartments in it. The walls in the townhouse are paper thin and there is absolutely no noise insulation. It was as if I was sitting in the same room as the six (!!) people who had rented the unit upstairs from me, because I could hear everything that they said. They were loud as hell and they were up all night talking and playing music. I could hear every word that they were saying, and there was no place in the tiny unit that I had rented where I could go to sleep / where it was less noisy. I texted the "host" multiple times. The host said that she would come to the building if the tenants upstairs did not quiet down. The host never actually did anything at all except maybe text the tenants. After the host said she texted the tenants, the tenants got louder, turning up the music. I had to spend hours that night trying to get someone from Booking.com on the phone, because they make it very difficult to talk with them. Finally Booking.com offered a partial refund for my shortened stay, because it was impossible for me to stay in the unit. I agreed to the partial refund and Booking.com said that the host had agreed to the partial refund. Booking.com said that it might take up to 10 days for me to see the refund. It has now been over a month and I have not received the refund, and it is still impossible to get someone on the phone. I have the documentation of the offered refund, so I've had to call my credit card company and challenge the original charge. I would never do this again with Booking.com.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Accommodation was perfect for my needs, comfortable, cosy and well equipped. The host was very responsive to messages. Parking was outside the front door and it’s a safe comfortable neighbourhood.

We arrived early and our lovely host was able let us in a bit earlier which was really helpful. Very cost apartment with parking directly outside

The hosts is super attentive if you need something or have any questions she answers you right away.

I would have liked the parking lot to be private and not on the street, but I guess there is always that space on the street in front of the house for the guests

Very clean, cute, and private!! The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful, and there were very cute little toiletry goodie bags.

Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en ligt aan een rustige straat. Parkeerplaats is er voldoende aan de woning. In het weekend verbleven er ook mensen boven ons waarvan je de voetstappen wel wat hoort en als ze luid praten hoor je dit ook wel. Echter, wij waren de hele dag op uitstap en boven ons gingen ze niet laat slapen waardoor we hier echt geen nadeel aan ondervonden. Wel is het handig om een auto te hebben. Wij reden tot 'forest hill' en parkeerden onze wagen daar om verder met de subway naar het centrum te gaan. Wij zouden er zo terug boeken.

Het matras in de slaapkamer was heel zacht waardoor iemand op de bedbank sliep, die goed stevig is en zonder uittrekken zelfs breed genoeg voor 1 persoon.
