Cosy Home on the Waterfront Private Parking

The property itself was lovely, with a nice view of the river, and it had everything we needed.

The management refused to give us the key code until we had submitted a form with additional financial details which we did not want to complete due to warnings by Booking.com about this type of scam. Also, they were very stingy with teabags and coffee and toilet paper. We were booked for three nights and there were two teabags for three people. The parking was terrible, it was at least 60 m from the property on a busy road with no pedestrian access round a blind corner, it was very dangerous to walk with our suitcases, or get access to the vehicle. The parking space was muddy and uneven and the signage was poor.

The parking situation is not ideal. When we arrived someone else was parked in our parking spot. We had two cars for our two designated bays so had to park in someone else's space. You then have to walk round a blind bend with no pavements.
