House of roses is a very comfortable apartment. The bedrooms are large and the living area and kitchen very well equipped. The apartment was spotless.

We have absolutely no complaints

Location is ideal, host was super friendly and helpful.

Bigger towels would be a plus.

The location was an easy 10 minute stroll from the ferry port with lots of restaurants nearby. The building is secure and the area safe. A large food store is about 5 minutes walking and is perfect for getting any groceries you might need. The apartment is very beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities, with a huge balcony off the living room overlooking the Cathedral. Thomas is a very wonderful, friendly, kind host who helped us a great deal and made the stay in his apartment very enjoyable. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night in Thomas's apartment, we wish it had been longer. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Como.

Huge two bedroom apartment in a great location with stunning balcony views over Como and well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Super friendly and helpful owner, even unexpectedly allowed me to check in early. I would definitely stay another time!
