Cozy classical residence in the city center

Location, spacious place, early check in.

Perfect accommodation

The city is really nice and the location is fine, about 1km from metro, a few convenient shops, and a reasonable walk to the main area. The property was lovely, it was compact, lovely decoration and style and a masterpiece of using space effectively, without being oppressive. There was even a bowl of sweets. WiFi worked OK, but oddly there was an illegible handwritten password on it, but the QR code on the label underneath worked fine (and the password was nothing like what was written.)

I booked the property quickly a few days before, and I received the confirmation number and PIN from Booking. We arrived just before 12, and it took a few minutes to get access and find the right door, and the code given by booking did not work. We phone and messaged on booking, but got no reply (it had just passed midnight). I noticed a message sent after I started travelling about completing an online check-in which seemed odd. There was also a WhatsApp contact, and my partner still happened to have it installed, but got no reply. So we had to find another hotel. I'm the morning we discovered they had replied about 3 hours later. It turned out they have a mandatory check in on a separate platform, which was quite involved and if we were travelling very light, would easily have been impossible. In over 10 years of using Booking.com I have never had to go off platform to sat anywhere and never had find a different accommodation for the first night. Had they simply used the standard booking.com process, this would have been a 10/10 holiday, however the biggest memory is wandering around looking for another room in a hotel for the first night. (And they knew we'd not been able to access the property and didn't even offer a refund of the first night.

Everything was perfect, as soon as I booked Irene contacted me immediatly to give the information needed. The apartment is really nice, cosy and comfortable. Feeling like home. Location really good , few minutes for all the attractions. I recomand 100% this apartment for your stay at Bari.

Stylish accommodation right next to the historic center. Accommodation has its own atmosphere.
