Apartment was cold by arrival.After complain we got a heater day 2. No warmwater,after complain reached around 36 celsius= Not so nice We arrived after midnight and it was not so easy to convince to hand over keys. After negotiation we agred abot 30 euros extra,at this moment we didnt know landlord lady was living in the same house!!! Service minded = Absolutely NOT
