"Great location & safe and secure but needs improvement in Cable Tv (Tennis Channel) and Toiletries"

Location great

It was very difficult to get into the room from the outside door. Also, the TV did not have the tennis channel. We were there for the tennis tournament and there had been a rain delay so we thought we'll just go back to our unit and finish watching in the comfort of our room when it resumes. Well we discovered the tv did not have the tennis channel unless you paid over $100 dollars. This was very disappointing to us. Also, for what we paid for the room I would of expected a little bit higher toiletries besides Suave and Head n shoulders.

"very inconvenienced"

`no light bulb. had to purchase. no batteries for tv. had to purchase. 2 washcloths for 4 days. had to purchase. Left at 10:15 on the 24th, a day early requesting a refund for that night.
