"Clean, spacious and comfy stay just a short drive from Leeds city centre"

Very clean Comfy beds Nice upstairs bathroom Large kitchen Board games Great for groups of friends/ families Easy self check-in

25 min walk to centre (Trinity) so had to get taxis in/ out of town Unattractive back garden but this is just a minor point Leftover food in cupboards

Nothing, it was absolutely awful.

The property was dirty. The blinds in the bedroom were broken, there was a smashed mirror in the bedroom, there were exposed wires, there was no blind or curtain on the stairs, there were no light shades. The parking space was not fit for purpose. There is only seating for two people in the lounge. The list goes on and on…….it was appalling

"What an easy and excellent stay. Definitely recommend"

Location was good only 7mins from center we did struggle to get in at first as booking.com give us the wrong code but rang the guy and he was more than helpful.
