Very damp smell and water letting in very steep and dangerous staircase

The property was lovely and had plenty of space for us all. All the beds are in one room and there is also a sofa bed in the living space. There are 2 bathrooms, which is ideal when there are more than 3 or 4 people staying.

There was a leaking radiator in the bedroom, so when we got there one of us ended up with wet socks, it was patched up with tissues. The wi-fi in the room wasn’t great, so although there was a firestick to watch TV due to the poor Wi-fi it was difficult to watch anything on TV, we had to use Personal Hotspot for the TV to work.

The only positive thing is that the apartment had 15 beds so we could take blankets so we wouldnt freeze.

It was like -2 celsius degrees inside, there was no hot water, their heating does not work.. We weren't allowed to left our bags until 3pm, unless we pay an extra £50, then it's fine. The most disappointing thing is that COLDNESS we experienced. We slept in hoodies, with 3 blankets.. it was warmer on the street than in the appartment. disgrace. No one could take a shower because we would come home with pneumonia.. don't screw yourself up like we did.. thankfully we make an reservation only for 1 night. The most embarrassing place I've ever slept!!
