don’t have the furniture that they say + kitchen stuff empty!! bbq dirty with food inside + old cigarette + no gas ??? no chairs o nothing for seat and have a meal ? $845 pay for this desastre and nobody give me my money back never again and I gonna make sure soon that nobody gonna rent this apartments again !

No breakfast was booked. Location was good.

Needed 2 keys but only 1 supplied. This caused issues. BBQ needs replacing. Stools are needed at the counter as when we cooked there was nowhere to sit. Seats needed also on the terrace. Better instructions on how to use heating.

L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, la plaque de cuisson non plus, il a fallu transmettre beaucoup trop d’éléments pour obtenir les clés, il n’y avait qu’un seul badge d’accès pour 3 personnes, sur le site j’avais coché avec parking or celui ci était payant en plus

The location was excellent. The double bed good but the pull out bed was not. The key cards worked well and opened the doors without having to find them in your bag.

It was not properly clean. Ladies hygiene product was under the pull out bed which was not made up and should have been as booking stated 3 pax.. There were no quilt covers on any quilt just a top sheet and bottom sheet which is not really acceptable. Quilts were un surprisingly quite stained. The washing powder box had been left in the cupboard but was totally empty. Inconvenient as I would have used it. The outside furniture table and chairs were falling apart table was very rickety and very dirty as was the patio area. The whole check in check out with zodiak was a mission having to send photo ID of each occupant. I have never had to do that before. Then I get home today and see there is an on line check out procedure I only just saw so now 10 hours later I have to somehow check out and complete another online form. They take an extra pile of money for damages which takes an unacceptable length of time to get back even if there arent any damages. To be honest I found zodiak procedure quite time consuming and stressful. The apartment although suitable for our group was grubby and lacked many of the basics ie no bin in the bathroom no good chairs to sit on to eat. Then I had to go down a flight of stairs and dispose of all our rubbish in the rubbish room (a request from zodiak to help their cleaners out) unbelievable really. The location was great and we didn't let it ruin our stay but I will not be rushing to repeat this experience.
