De tudo. Muito bons quartos e boas sala e kitchenete. Limpeza exemplar. Internet rápida. Prédio seguro (vigilante à porta) num bairro recente da cidade e razoavelmente perto do centro da cidade.

Podia ser mais perto do centro (5 km) mas não foi nada que eu não soubesse à partida.

Location was good, walking distance to Central Station and main shopping area. 20-30 mins from RAK Airport.

Staff was rude, just speak and understand Arabic, so big communication gap. You can’t invite any friends to the property. Tiny rooms, Beds are small, and mattresses had sink holes, sheets were not fresh and hairs were visible from the previous use. Mould stains on pillow case. Wash basin in toilet is so high that you should have at least 6.5 ft height to wash your face, impossible for children to use independently. Never got any cleaning service during 5 days. Coffee machine didn’t work, may be we were not familiar to operate this specific model. Noise from the above flat, woke up very early morning and also late night loud music from surrounding area was quite disturbing. First night of the stay Air condition was not working, next day figured out that their remote needed new batteries, which we got next day by the caretaker. Lift looks quite old, so be ready for the jumps before stops on your required floor.
