Timber Tide Beach Cottages By Green Concept

Timber tide beach resort was in a great location, loved every second of it. The beach was in walking distance, intact we walked from Candolim beach to Calangute beach, the walk was so refreshing, the vibe was great on both beaches,I would definitely recommend and come back, Jack is a very polite and friendly guy, always helped when on the phone. A special thanks to Pramodh who is such a genuine guy, helped us a lot, very polite and friendly 😊

The only pros is the location , not on the beach but a walking distance. Other than than it's not at all worth it.

Don't go with online and google reviews, The owner is rude and arrogant and doesn't even listen to anything that u say. Rooms are small , and as it's wooden cottage a lot of insects inside the room. Towels not clean , no toiletries provided. They charge extra for room if you book with breakfast, but they can't provide you with good breakfast - only idli everyday Same breakfast everyday , as they don't have restaurant which is weird , when u can't provide breakfast it's better not to add with breakfast option. No car parking , the road is very narrow you have to be pro driver to drive there Overall not a good experience in the amount they are charging for per night. Many good options available nearby.

Loved the rooms and the best part is the value for money over the location it is situated ie by the beach and that too quite peaceful. The staff is very cooperative.

Proximity to the beach, view from terrace, comfortable bed.

Inside the hut was very dark with poor lighting. No brush to sweep sand, we only received water on our first day and the room wasn’t swept or replenished during or 6 days. As checkout is at 10am we requested a later checkout to be informed that we would need to pay for an extra nights stay!! We rented a nearby b&b room for a 1/4 of the price! Poor poor service!!

Breakfast was great & sumptuous. Excellent location facing the Sea. Owner Lady Rhian is extremely courteous & helpful. Staff at the property is well trained by her & polite at all times.. Special mention of Sahil who was on call 24/7 & eager to serve with a smile at all times.
