The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It needs an update, furniture and bathroom is outdated. Pillow case was torn. No aircon remote in the room. One towel in the bathroom. The hot water in the shower took about ten minutes before it heated up. No hairdryer. No Rooibos tea. Sliding door would not lock when we were on our way out to a wedding.

The rooms that I had confirmed and my mother went to view beforehand were not the rooms they stayed in. They didn't stay in the booked rooms. No one even offered to move them to the original rooms or give a discounted price for the shady rooms that my guests had to stay in.
