Collecting the keys was easy and safe.The host was replying promptly for any inquiry. The apartment was what we expected from the pictures. It was clean, accessible to everything in Pattaya. Few minutes away from the beach. The apartment became our short second home:comfort, cleanness and fully furnished.

Not that I didn't like, but there was just lots of unknown, letters, bills and in the lock box. Maybe its better to clean that up.

Room is nice, good location. I contacted the staff about checkin time and I checked in 3 hour earlier, no problem.

There was only one key to the room, it is Okey if you are alone or travel as a pair who go together, but it was impractical for us as a family. The swimming pool was closed due to some renovations. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, 4G router was probably maxed already.

the location of the property was perfect the beach and shopping are just a short walk away ,property was well maintained so were the communal areas,the apartment was bright and had a lot of natural light and didn’t feel dark and cramped like some of the apartment I’ve stay in in before in this complex.

you only get 1 access card it’s ok if your a couple coming and going together but as it was myself and a friend I found this very frustrating.
