I booked this with no notice at all after being unable to access a property booked on another site. The host was so accommodating, we were in the property within 10 minutes of booking The location is perfect for exploring the city

"Avoid at all cost"

Avoid booking this at all cost it is a disgusting place with safety concerns with electrics. We walked out and could not stay in this property. It really is that bad Booking.com still advertise it even after I sent them the pictures.

It was Dirty and nothing like the pictures or the description. Safety concerns with electrics in the bathroom. Stains on the sofa and just a horrid place.

"Not very comfortable, too small for 3 people. Overpriced."

Owner was polite and apologetic despite walking into the property whilst we were there, not realising we were staying. It was a genuine mistake but a bit embarrassing!

Rubbish left outside the front door. Owner not aware we were staying, even though we had confirmation that day Not informed of renovations going on within the whole building Bed settee had no bedding & v uncomfortable No natural light & felt damp with odour Too small to advertise for 3 people

Dirty on arrival -crumbs on sofa; cutlery, crockery, sink & fridge not clean, fridge smelly Dubious safety - griller gave out smoke when turned on. no cooking ventilation Confusion about location and access - given wrong address and code, confusion with Wilton Crescent Supplied manual had out-of-date information Freezer needed maintenance Sofa not a sofa bed as described in advertisement Lack of storage space for food, cutlery, clothes and crockery Ingrained dirt - between tiles, corners of shower recess Rust peeling off shower pipe
