Anneddle Cottage in Talybont, near Barmouth

The cottage is very comfortable and well-equipped. Beautifully renovated. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge on arrival. Very peaceful (other than the birds and lambs!). Perfect base for walking the local section of the Wales Coastal Path. The host was on-site (in case we had any issues [which we didn’t]) but fully respected our privacy. There is an excellent, well-stocked grocery store/butcher 5 min away.

The lay-out of the cottage is a bit odd but you get used to it. Another minor point to note is that there’s no storage for clothes in the second upstairs bedroom.

Really spacious, comfortable and clean home in a quiet location. Great woodland walk for our spaniel just 5 or so minutes up the road. Great base for travelling to nearby pretty towns and beaches.

The outside space is not fully secured so our young dog had to be supervised at all times when outside

Walking distance to the beach, lovely towns nearby and cosy cottage.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Haus war gemütlich mit eigenem Parkplatz, die Betten im Hauptschlafzimmer sehr bequem. Unser Hund war willkommen. Der Weg zum wunderschönen Strand mit dem Auto 5 Minuten, zu Fuß 20 min. Kurzum perfekt!

Lovely clean cottage, near to a lovely pub, beach 20 mins walk away. Well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of walks and places of interest nearby.

Internet was a little hit and miss. TVs downstairs had limited channels, Netflix and catch up TV was only available on the TV in the bedroom.

Lovely inviting very homely cottage, had everything we needed and great for dogs too really nice cottage and the owner was lovely too

Lovely accommodation. Great location. Lots of beautiful walks from door step. Would definitely recommend.
