Downtown charm with balcony and garden view

The apartment is centrally located, close to touristic attractions, fashion street, restaurants. The entrance is easy to find. The guidance for self check in was very clear and the communication with staff was very good. There was an issue with smoke detector in the appartment and they fix it immediately.

The apartment was not really clean although they refused early check in justifying that cleaning service needs time to make up the apartment before I check in. There was a lot of dust everywhere. The bed linen was very old, pillows extremely uncomfortable. The door to balcony was broken and was not being closed properly. Appartment and amenities need urgent refreshment.

This is the most comfortable apartment in Budapest!

It was perfect. Super host. Perfect location close to everything you need: supermarkets, bars, bistros, coffee shops, restaurants, just 20-30 min walk from major attractions and you can easily get here from the airport. The place was clean and quiet and the check-in & check-out were smooth and clear. Can't wait to return. Thank you Zsuzsa and the GuestGuru team!

Spacious cosy apartment in a very central location, yet quiet as the windows open to the inner yard. Excellent communication by the host. Detailed information provided about the check-in process, facilities etc. Complimentary tea, coffee, pasta provided in the kitchen. Really well-equipped bathroom with necessary toiletries. There's a lovely French-style cafe across the street that's open early, so one can just step outside for breakfast. I was travelling solo this time around but would recommend for a couple as well. I enjoyed my stay very much and hope the place will be available next time I'll be in town.

Downstairs door was often left opened, not sure how safe it is in a very busy area. That obviously isn't the host's fault. Just sayin'.

Хозяин все время на связи. Инструкция к заселения четкая и все ясно. Расположение квартиры понравилось, до основных достопримечательностей пешком можно пройти. Все необходимое в номере есть, чай, кофе, средства гигиены.

Немного долго заполнять анкеты перед заселением. И не разобралась как открыть окно, ручка поломана.
