Green Yard Family Holiday Home Sidari Corfu

This was our awesome stay in Corfu! It was our first travel to Corfu, and we had to research a lot for possible places to stay. We saw the Green Yard House, which was just opened for tourists this year, it looked nice in the pics, and we wanted to try our luck. And it turned out to be the most amazing stay, and both the couples travel quite a lot, so trust us on this. The location is just the most proper for a true Greek island experience. The house is surrounded by greenery on all sides, on a very quiet small hill, with plenty of trees, flowers, fruits and vegetables. It’s just 5 mins away from Sidari – town with everything. A lot of amazing beaches are within 15 min ride, and we recommend Agios Georgios. The hosts, with whom we had amazing communication and made everything easy, have a little secret. Teir parents, Viktoris and Kostadina, live across from the vegetable garden and are the most lovely people you will meet. They offered some fruits and vegetables and helped with everything. We felt as if we went to spent time with grandma and grandpa – that truly was the level of hospitality. And also you have all privacy since the two houses are separated by a garden. The house itself is a real standout for whatever stay you have had before. It’s a full apartment: three bedrooms, two toilets and a huge living area with a full kitchen. The size of the place is what you will not get in other box sized sterile accommodations. This place was made with a lot of spirit, taste and dedication. It has high wooden ceilings, awesome antique decorations and massive wooden furniture. The beds are super large and very comfortable. The size of all the rooms is probably double that you usually get in rented apartments. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need and also more than you might need. Washing machines for clothes as well as dishwasher are included in the house.

Very friendly parents of the hosts, the house has all the necessary amenities - a large barbecue in the yard, even free Korres toiletries; the hosts were always leaving food and juices at our disposal; the village is very calm and quiet.

The communication with the person on the phone stated in Booking and google maps is difficult and not on time.

Beautiful house just outside of Sidari. Peaceful, well-maintained property with the nicest hosts ever.

The hosts, that everything was well-maintained and there were all amenities one might need. It is also in a really quiet place.
