problème de l'ascenseur problème des cafards problème de qq prises d'électricité la terrasse malheureusement n'est pas équipé de garde de sécurité problème de vent . il ya pas de lamps dans couloir réfrigérateur ne marche pas douchette cassé

Tobogan il avait pas de tobogan comme dans les photo j’ai pris exprès pour le tobogan c’est de la plublicite mensongère ! Plus le frigo marcher pas , y’avais au équipement pour le nettoyage je vous ai écrit 2 fois vous m’avais jamais répondu je suis déçu alors j’ai toujours pris cher vous .! Et aussi la piscine fermer de 14h à 16h tous les jours et le samedi fermer complet je n’ai jamais vu sa dans le monde entier c’est inadmissible !!

Honestly the flat needs updating and needs air con as it gets extremely hot Small swimming pool

1- Professionalism and responsiveness of Jihane. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and we had an issue with the internet connection. Jihane got it fixed in less than one hour..Kudos Jihane! 2- The view of the Mediterranean sea from the balcony is amazing 3- Very quiet (note, we were there before summer break so this is probably expected) & Family friendly environment.

Location and garden.

-The requested (and confirmed) check-in time was between 14h00 and 15h00, we arrived at 14h35 and had to wait until 15h45 for the cleaning to be complete (which is even past the written checkout time in the flat description) . We also had a cleaner visiting us at 10h40 requesting to us to leave so she cleans the flat eventhough the check-out time is 12h00 (We left at 11h40) -Elevator was not working so we had to climb too many stairs with serious luggage. -No toilet paper although it is written in the flat description. -Towels and covers were dirty and not exchanged after use by the previous flat users and towels were not enough (2 used ones only). We even found nail remains in the beddings. -No WiFi available although included in the flat description. -A baby crib was requested and the request got approved by the owner, but we discovered that a broken unusable crib was available for us at home. -Light bulb not working in the second living room. -Neither soap nor product in the kitchen available to clean dishes.
