"A great choice for a man travelling alone for a couple of days in Bologna."

The place offers coffee (if you need a richer breakfast i suggest you get something from the supermarket downstairs). the location is excellent despite the noise from the street. After some time the city quites down so that is no actual problem

I would suggest more Breakfast options and a stronger wifi connection

"Right in the center of the city. I would book again."

Location is perfect. Street could be a bit noisy until 22:00. Apartment was clean.

Shower is a bit tight. There was no hairdryer. Internet connection was not stable.

"Great place to explore Bologna."

The location is great, right in the heart of wonderful Bologna, all the interesting sites are within walking distance. The apartment is small but very comfy with all the necessary appliances. Many nice coffee shops and restaurants are also within walking distance.

The AC seemed recent but it didn't really lower the temperature in the flat, while it was extremely hot. It also did a lot of noise.

"Soured our stay in Bologna"

The bed was comfortable and the location was central. Host was responsive.

The property was filthy: mould in the bathroom especially the shower, and around kitchen sink. Supplied dirty, used sponge in kitchen (asked host to provide a new one), cracked tiles on walls in bathroom and floor throughout. Dirty floor and carpets throughout apartment. Wifi didn’t work for first half day. Microwave very old and inefficient. Very very poor value for listed price. Having rented on booking.com over 30 times, this is the first time i have encountered a property in this state. Do not recommend.
