Misty Mountain Cabin, Great Smoky Mountains

The cabin was beautiful! It had everything you needed. It was clean and secluded. The bear sightings were our favorite and the host even sent us the ring camera footage!

Please Read** We were in a pinch the week of fall break '25 with TSSAA golf tournament. We live in Gallatin TN. We originally booked with another company and another cabin that was purely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. We basically had 45 minutes to find another cabin before everyone in our group lost their....Shi- bananas. We booked Misty Mountain on a panicked whim. It was the best panic mode whim we have ever made. The property manager learned of our situation and quickly got us right into Misty Mountain. This home is absolute perfection. It made our original cabin look like a prison cell at River Bend. The owners spared no expense in decor and cozy comforts. The entire house is bright and cheery. Top of the line amenities. Hot Tub is a private oasis. Bring the smores, there is a cool fire pit and corn hole! The kitchen is fully stocked. The coffee mugs keep your cup of joe going all morning for a relaxing dawn. Take in the deep woods out back and appreciate natures silence. Each bedroom has a private deck. Pool table, yes. Theater seating for movies, yes. Your bed will be super comfy. Walk in showers are modern and the water is hot! These owners have made this their own and it shows. The company that manages this lovely abode are super friendly and accommodating. We have no complaints and the Rainey family will be back! Thank you for sharing your slice of the Smoky's with us. It was truly a joy to stay! We didn't want to leave. Absolutely stunning. It had everything I needed .

The description said it was 4 rooms but actually it was 3 , the fourth was bump beds with a pool table beside it . Pool table stick wore broking .

I liked it a lot, it's very comfortable and warm.

I think they leave very little toilet paper.

The cabin itself is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. Waking up nature and enjoying coffee on the balcony was pure magic. This place is great for families with kids of all ages—there was plenty of space to relax, explore, and feel at home. One of the highlights was spotting a baby black bear nearby, which was an unforgettable experience and a thrilling (but safe) glimpse of nature for our family. The owners were absolutely wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail really sets this place apart—comfortable beds, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and just the right mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. Whether you’re looking to unplug, explore nature, or simply unwind, Misty Mountain Cabin is perfect. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back. There is truly nothing we didn’t like about our stay at Misty Mountain Cabin. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The cabin is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, set in a peaceful mountain location that feels like a true escape from everyday life. The views, the quiet, and the cozy atmosphere made our time there unforgettable. The owners were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The cabin is well-equipped, thoughtfully maintained, and ideal for relaxing, exploring nature, or spending quality time together. We felt completely at home the entire stay. Master bed was uncomfortable No coffee. Limited soap and shampoo

The location was not accessible by vehicle due to the very dangerous driveway. Therefore, we were not able to stay there. The host was not helpful at all and would not refund any of the money. I was out $2100.
