"Absolutely blissful break away to a beautiful location, with great hosts. Will definitely stay again"

Location was perfect for getting away from it all, without being too far from local amenities. Lots of lovely walks around, and a quick drive into a beautiful little village with some lovely pubs and shops. The pod was immaculate and very cosy. Only 2 other pods on site but both were far enough away we still had our privacy. The host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The fly screens were a god send, the midgies were out in force and we were able to sit outside peacfully thanks to the screens. The morning greeting from the horses was just a great bonus!

Wouldn't change a thing.

"Superb"

A lovely setting, plenty of walks, we cycled to the roundhouse cafe for lunch. Loved that there was no tv or WiFi, my 9 year old son enjoyed the outdoors, but not the hills on tbe cycle.

"Clean and serene"

Location was the best; herds of horses right in front of us. Stars in the night sky. Paul(husband of the host) happened to be there when i arrived. He was so kind and hospitable, opened the lockbox for the keys because i didn't receive the passcode. He helped set up the campfire so i could just get the fire going easily. Also, he made sure i had sleeping gear delivered to the door like comforter/blanket & pillows from their own home when i misunderstood not bringing. In addition, they had a space heater readily available because it does get chilly in the mountains.

Location stunning. lots of wonderful walks.

Midgie season so take precautions with spray or netting after 7 pm and early morning.

Comfortable and immaculate accommodation in stunning scenery. Dinner by the fire was just a lovely treat and I was grateful for the bag of logs. Lovely walks around the estate and close by, Ness Glen to Loch Doon being a bit of a stunner! Friendly, welcoming and excellent communication. Genuinely can’t fault one thing. thank you! :)
