Cozy ground floor apartment in the downtown

Ένα πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά των Ιωαννίνων, η καθαριότητα και ο εξοπλισμός του διαμερίσματος ήτανε άψογος! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήτανε πολύ εξυπηρετικος και ευχάριστος, θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά σίγουρα.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, so there is no need for a car. The accommodation was impeccably clean, and all the amenities and equipment were brand new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for a longer visit in the future. Highly recommended!

The property was fully furnished and had everything one might need for a stay.

The property had a really bad odour that got worse when you went into the bathroom. When we arrived, the bathroom mat was fully wet and when I tried to see if it just didn't dry from the last wash, I realized it reeked of feet and it was most likely wet from the previous occupant. We also found a few long black hair underneath the sheets which, coupled with the fact that the towels were not smelling fresh, made us realize that the hygiene of the place was way below average. The owner claimed that there is a dehumidifier, but it really does nothing to mask the overall smell of the place.

Nice, cozy, well organised, very good location to city attractions, clean and it has everythinf you need.
