"Gournes Mare villa"

A beautiful spacious villa with lots of lovely areas to hang out including a pool. It suited us and our university aged children and their friends. The area is quiet and an easy walk to the beach with pleasant and affordable beach tavernas. The host lived next door and was always available to help or provide advice.

Not a complaint but a car is necessary if you want to explore the area.

Beautiful, high quality villa with a splendid pool area located on walking distance to the beach. Great beds for long nights of sleep, plenty of closet space, completely free equipped kitchen, several places to enjoy the garden as well in sun as shade. The host is super friendly and provides you with everything you need to know for a pleasant stay, including guidance to restaurants and the must visit locations on the island.

"Wonderful stay, played a big part in our enjoyment of the vacation."

The hospitality was incredible. Upon arrival we got shown around all the villa and received free beers, cola and watermelon. The villa it self is very beautiful and includes everything you could ever want. It is also sound proof which is important because of all the noisy bugs. The villa is brand new and so are all the furniture and utilities. The host was very nice and we felt we could ask them anything, he helped us in everything we needed and even made sure after we left the villa that we arrived safely to our next destination. The villa exceeded all of our expectations and is very cheap considering all you get from it.

The only disadvantage is the location. The villa is located in a small town with not a lot of activities but is beautiful and rural. The location problem can be solved with a car rental.
