Very Small room, no wardrobes, bad condition of bathroom and improper water supply !

Location on map is wrong, i was searching them for hrs Every time i call, call goes to OYO IVR no direct information available. Intercom is not working, i had to tell them to switch on the water pump, they dont give the basic like water bottle per day, no towels soap or shampoo was present I had to remind them , rooms are too congested it you have more than 3 bags then it will be issue. Comforter was having tobacco smell in it, dustbin was dirty. Also remember to that hotel name is Comfort not the name given here on portal. All information given here is wrong also the reviews. Also the booking.com says your booking is confirmed has zero value to hotel person. I came to know it was not confirmed that was all together another story. Though I spent more than hotel rate at that time it was 3k for 2 nights, i paid 4200 still they told me that i need to purchase water from them, ridiculous. Before coming in this hotel , i stayed in 3 different hotels and all of them were very nice, never faced such cheap behaviour. There are many hotels nearby in same rate go for them don't spoil your holidays. If they offer 600 to 900₹ per night then rate will suits according to service they provide.
