"I have good experience with this place."

Excellent location. There are many grocery shops and restaurants around. This property has 2 A/C. Good hot water. Water pressure is very strong. Good mattress. I slept well on it. Good security. Very friendly staff. Good size for one bedroom. Everything is good overall.
