"If you prefer to stay close to Pantai Cenang, this might not be the right location."

>On the day we arrived, the air conditioner in the living room wasn’t working. On the day we were leaving, the host sent a technician to fix it. >The TV couldn’t be watched at all. >The house is located far from Pantai Cenang, but it’s close to Langkawi Airport.

Homestay was comfortable to stay for a group of people.

Customer service very bad, not responsive at our query, very late reply. Housekeeper was nowhere to help us out. Facilities are bad, aircond was not working and washing machine also wasn't working. The location mentioned in booking claims 15mins away from Cenang however it's actually even further from the beach.
