Enchanting Retreat in the heart of Redwoods

The “one bedroom“ is a loft with a clearance of about 4 feet. So, if you’re anywhere above 5 feet tall, this is a very uncomfortable situation. Also, the stairs are very dangerous, especially at night. They are very steep. Going down the stairs is a Dangerous situation. It also gets very warm because heat rises. It’s a bit claustrophobic. I was expecting to have a separate room, but there were two bed pads in this loft. So, no privacy. It seemed like the couch was probably the best sleeping experience. With the hot tub, my friend got in, and all the sudden there were suds on her. I think someone might’ve left some washing material in the tub? There should never be soap suds, while you are in the hot tub. So, that was another disappointment. She had to jump out and take a shower right away. Lastly, it would be nice if the owner would respond. If not by phone by text. Seems like I can call , the owner, or the property manager, but, that person will only email back. So, if I did not have Internet connection, or, bad cell phone service, which was the case, then I would not have received a timely response.

Very clean, new, equipped compact unit, detailed, cute decor, the outdoor amenities, the redwoods.

Sofa bed could have been firmer or have an alternative; would love a chopping block and a few more tea/coffee supplies for kitchen; the location was a bit strange as it was difficult to explore by foot in a trailer park area, and the town nearby felt rundown but it’s very close by.

This property was everything and more!!! one of THE best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in.

The place is nicely decorated. It has everything you’ll want.

Not a dislike but more of something to note is the sleeping quarters are a bit compact and due to the location it may be a bit louder with passing cars in the dead of the night.

Property is really clean and up to date which is really nice

Thankfully there was a pullout couch. My husband and I did not fit upstairs where the bed was so we slept downstairs on the couch. It was just one night so it was ok!
