Stunning Views Over Mounts Bay with Balcony

Nothing. Unfortunately our experience was very stressful. There was confusion between the host and Booking.com regarding the reservation and payment, which led to multiple calls, messages and uncertainty during our stay. The host advertise the same apartament with sea view on AirBnb at a higher price so basically if you book through Booking.com.they will give you different apartament. We wait almost 30min for.the host to answer the phone when we arrive. We text her to find where is our key. After 30min she text us that we need to go to the location but she have different apartament and if we like we can take it if not ...not. We text her and explained that this is not.what we order and she ignore.our messages. Next day the accommodation was cancel when we was in st Ives celebrating my birthday. Due to.the low signal she text us that the accommodation was cancel and we need to come back.and pick.our stuff.... she call like desperately... but again due to no signal I couldn't answer and I see late the messages. BOOKING.COM ON THE PHONE SAID that we need to find different accommodation ourselves.... and refund for the flat we need to wait 7 working days ... As guests, we were placed in the middle of a situation that should have been handled directly between the platform and the property. This created unnecessary stress during a very short holiday. The location and view are beautiful, but better communication and clearer booking procedures are needed so future guests do not experience the same situation.

Absolutely beautiful accomodation woth outstanding views of the Mount. Handy for town/ station etc. Hosts were very helpful with booking etc A fantastic stay (So sorry for late review, technical hitch!)

The location was fantastic, so close to the train station and we travelled by train. The flat was beautiful and the views were as described 'stunning'.

the balcony was amazing as was the whole apartment, very friendly hosts, would highly recommend! one of the best apartments i have stayed at in penzance!
