Excellent location. 3 minute walk from Penzance Station 🚉 Very close to all shops. Stunning view. Quiet residential area.

If you have large and heavy luggage it’s several steep flights of stairs to the apartment. Just a warning.

Great location, large balcony, spacious.

Bedroom was tricky - lots of ducking down so you don’t hit your head. Comes with a top floor attic style apartment though so no bother for a few days.

Great view over Penzance Harbour . The property was immaculate upon arrival with a lot of nice touches such as the towels folded in the shape of a rabbit's ears

Not a case of not liking but it is small and you need to be alert. It to hit your head in the beams

😀 Great location, clean, well appointed, lovely balcony, large smart TV, plenty of pods for nespresso coffee machine, washer & dryer.

🤔 Parking difficult, steep & in some spots low loft ceilings - difficult to get into farside of bed left in bedroom, need to duck if using right side of bedroom, need to duck getting to kitchen & farside of dining table, toilet & shower downstairs, there are 50 steps from ground floor door into apartment building to top floor of apartment.

View would be amazing were it not for the fog! Really lovely little apartment, great location. Very light and airy although ceilings were quite low!

The ceilings were quite low in places.

The apartment was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped (although we didn't use the cooking facilities and can't therefore comment on them). The balcony was an enormous asset and views across Mounts Bay to St Michael's Mount were truly stunning. We couldn't have faulted the description of the flat.

The lack of parking was a slight problem but we knew this would be so and the hosts gave us helpful suggestions for parking. We ended up parking in the main car park by the harbour (free parking overnight) and moving the car to free on street parking just before 9.00 a.m. (not always easy to find, but we managed). We ended up with free parking for the whole of our stay! As much of the flat is in the eaves of the building, guests have to bend double in much of the apartment to avoid the beams (either a bad back or a sore head - take your choice!) This does, however, give the apartment character. Stairs to the top floor keep you fit.
