Soulshine Studio in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale

Awesome, cute terrace with an outstanding sunset view. Incredible location—you can walk to many places. Flexible and attentive host. Cozy apartment with all the necessities. Spacious—loved it. Easy, free parking in front of the studio on the street.

Perfect little studio in new building near oldtown that was exactly what we needed for our short stay. Super comfortable bed! Better than than a hotel room with great little patio to relax. Great host, very helpful and responsive.

The house was nice and I liked the location the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was clean

The bed had hair on it and I couldn’t adjust the ac even though there is a not saying I can it is master controlled and when I asked they had to contact maintenance and no one could help during our stay so the room was well in the 80’s

Close to the downtown area, within walking distance.

Much smaller than pictured, you could hear oll of the activity of the upstairs residents, no designated parking. But very clean.

Good location near old Scottsdale with lots of restaurants.

Didn’t realize this was an air b&b. Had to use an online system to check in, uploading credit card id and other personal information. It was unclear how I would get in the property after providing requested information. Had to message property owner, Vince, who did respond and finally was able to get in. Then Vince sent me an invoice for housekeeping. I Informed Vince that all fees paid through booking .com were inclusive. This fell on deaf ears. I had to contact booking.com who confirmed all fees were inclusive and contacted Vince to make sure he understood that I did not owe him a cleaning fee. The matter was finally resolved and someone on Vince’s team apologized, however after a long day the hassle made me regret staying at this property. Also beware that there is $1000 deposit that you will have to wait days to be reimbursed.

Location for sure!! The interior was modern and soothing Walking distance to everything almost!

Great for a short stay for sure After 2 weeks it got a bit small but well worth the beginning of my extended stay in AZ. So really, I had no complaints !!

Location. There were pots, dishes & silverware if needed

Difficulty in securing & paying for room. The spoon size was huge. I was happy that I brought my own silverware. There was a lot of noise above us. There was a large closet but no dresser.
