ININThere is nothing to like about the property first of all this is not Fab-express brand, Second they will cancel your online booking and ask you to ₹1600/- per day charges either through cash or UPI Third no facilities worth ₹1600, AC doesn't work, Room isn't as spacious as shown in the images here, no toiletries provided, just a semi clean towel Cleanliness is average just good enough to survive a day not more than that No breakfast in ₹1600 and check-out is flexible till 12 noon For sure not worth ₹1600/- day but maybe somewhere ₹1000-1100 not more than that I had no option left as I arrived very late in the evening so had to settle for this There were others also who thought this is Fabexpress brand but no the receptionist clarified it isn't Also, if you ask for bill no GST will be given rate is fixed at ₹1600 I will suggest if you don't end up being late and arriving here will suggest to find other hotels Also, Pune is vibrant whole night I found this late myself otherwise I would have searched another hotel nearby maybe ₹100-200 extra but cleanliness hygiene matters for the money
