The location is ideal for anyone who enjoys staying in the city center, with very reasonable prices. The bed was soft and comfortable, and extra towels were provided upon request. Breakfast is available (not complimentary), with a diverse and appealing buffet selection. The staff were all friendly, lovely and always willing to help whenever needed.

I have very mixed thoughts about my stay, I realise I’ve wrote an essay so to summarise: Pros - - Nicely decorated - Good location - Exceptional door men - very friendly, welcoming and helpful - Pre communication was good, as they provide information about tours and things to do Cons - it’s not a hotel it’s a hostel - small facilities for size and with it being a hostel (2 chairs for the rooftop pool) - very busy everyday - reception were very cold / not very interested in guests unless checking in or out - there aren’t any suitable balconies (too narrow can’t sit outside) - not very good value for money the hotel is actually a hostel, which I have no issue with hostels but it is deceptive on booking.com as it doesn’t clearly state this. I have an issue with this because it is much more busy, the swimming pool is small and there are hardly any seats so I couldn’t make use of it, it was also my most expensive stay (per night) in Vietnam over a 4 week period. Even if I was rating it as a hostel there were no events or activities on during my stay either Second deception is that the rooms are advertised as having balconies, they’re not balconies you wouldn’t be able to fit a chair on it, it was scary to stand out there being high up and only having railings My other issue is that at every hotel I have stayed at in Vietnam the reception staff have smiled and welcomed me every-time I walk past, as I would do them, the reception staff here didn’t even look at me, maybe this is a hostel thing? I don’t know. The doormen on the other hand were very welcoming, helpful and kind.
