Shower was falling apart. Spider webs everywhere, floor caving in in shower.

To start, the front door never worked properly. I had to struggle daily throughout my stay to get into the room. Then, I had to call housekeeping several times in a row until, after four days, they finally sent the cleaning staff to do a cursory cleaning. In short, the room I was assigned was the worst. I don't think I'd recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Convient, friendly staff

Checked me into an unclean room, trash on the floor, bedding removed and clothing about and it stunk, supposed to be non smoking, it wasn't.

When we had checked in it took a while due to the system not having it updated with a room to provide, the lady at the desk was friendly and kept apologizing due to the system not working right. When she did give us a room she informed us it was a non smoking room however once we got to the room you could immediately smell the cigarette smoke from previous guests. The bed frames were annoying and kept startling our three year old because it was a metal sheet bed frame that made noise with every movement. Overall we probably won't stay here again as we just were not a fan of the area, and the hotel itself was not the cleanest.
