Spacious Family Home Minutes from the Beach

Lovely spacious property, great location with easy access to the main tram lines to take you along the promenade. Julie the host was quick to answer any of my questions leading up to the stay and we loved the extra touches of milk, biscuits and icepops!

Nice big house with plenty space for us all. Great location just a ten minute walk to the first tram stop. Lovely quiet area away from the beach front. Would definitely book again.

One small thing I would say is and it’s not a criticism at all, maybe have an electric fan in the house as the it was very hot up in the small room out the front.

The house was lovely, quiet area which is what we wanted a little away from the hustle and bustle but not too far, it was very spacious, there were 9 of us and we all fitted very comfortable, the house was clean and tidy, we used Google maps to walk to the tram stop, the nearest stop is Cavendish road and is only an 11 minute walk from the house which is very handy. Julie was very good at keeping in touch with us making sure we had everything we needed, we fitted 2 cars on the driveway so plenty of space for parking, the back garden was also lovely, well maintained with a decking area with patio furniture. 2 of the bedrooms are also big enough to fit a travel cot with plenty of space, we took one with us for the baby, Will definitely book again if we come back to visit.

The house was amazing it was a great size and has everything you could need in a house. Nice personal touches as well which always makes a difference. Tram stop is a 10 minute walk away. Lots of local shops driving distance away.

Sofa bed mattress is very very thin but what has to be expected for a sofa bed.

Very well presented, wonderfully clean and perfect location.

7 of us stayed and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Rooms are all a good size. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. It was very clean.

The back door was hard to lock.

A large spacious property, with ample driveway parking and a rear garden to relax in. Inside is spacious and comfortable, with a huge corner bath the unwind in, after being on your feet all day. Loved the location, in a quiet residential area, a few minutes from the beach and within very easy reach of the biz of Blackpool. The host was only a text away, if required, and made us feel very welcome indeed, with some nice biccies sitting out on our arrival, milk in the fridge and left us helpful notes to operate the heating, WiFi etc. Wonderful!
