Creekwalk Inn Bed and Breakfast with Cabins

The location was great for us-loved the remote feeling and the quietness. The rooms were nicely decorated, although a little cramped; bathroom was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Main area very interesting-liked the layout and how it was decorated. Loved that there were horses roaming around.

No independent thermostat in our room-very stuffy! There was a small oscillating fan, but didn’t help much. Windows did not have screens, so couldn’t get fresh air in. Flannel sheets didn’t help. There were supplies to make coffee in the room, but wasn’t comfortable with the cleanliness of the equipment (dead bug in carafe). There is a beautiful kitchen in the main part of the lodge, but unused. So simple to at least provide coffee service-even a Keurig. They advertised breakfast and showed a lovely dining area on the website-the only option was breakfast being delivered at 9:00. I have no idea where it was prepared/delivered from. We did not partake, as that time did not fit into our schedule. Very disappointed about this. Very nice back porch, but hadn’t been cleaned off-lots of dirt and spiderwebs. It’s a beautiful place and really wanted to like it; I would give it another try, but hubby not interested. The no coffee is a deal breaker for him.

This is a respite from the everyday. As a sometimes solo traveller it can be daunting to find a off the beaten path location close to nature and still feel safe. This place at Whispering Farms is idyllic. I arrived after check in and Leroy was amazing enough to guide me to my room the catalooche. I wish I could give ten stars the tub was divine. The farm is quiet, I loved the roped gate to make sure the horses can roam the property freely without leaving the farm. The small touch made me feel safe. This is close to everything and tucked away enough to truly feel the nature and calm around you. THE BREAKFAST, I was told it would be delivered but never asked when which is .y fault, so I decided to pack my car before asking. Like destiny Janice was coming out to deliver so I got to eat in the barn with the doors open and views of two beautiful horse. WAIT FOR THE BREAKFAST, you would do yourself a disservice not eating this cooked with love meal. I can not wait to stay here again.

Location, creekside, horses, jetted tub (upgrade), campfire pit, amazing gourmet breakfast, amazing chef. Homemade rustic pine furniture, Bluetooth radio mimics 1950s, immediate response to texted concerns and prompt resolution. Swedish sauna off dining room. Huge dining room and living room and reading room outside rooms. Creekside rooms have outside access as well as inside. Lovely site for relaxing!

Loved everything!

l liked that the property was easily accessible from the main road. It is clean and spacious with cute cabins of different styles and sizes scattered throughout. Very beautiful!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.
