Bright and Modern Apartments in City Center

Horrible check-in experienice. Imagine having half an hour to check-in, but the host requested we send our IDs via email. It took them more than 30 minutes to verify our IDs and they refused to give us access code to the self-check-in appartment until both sides of our IDs were delivered. We nearly missed an expensive pre-booked tour. Make sure you send them your full ID photos well in advance, so you avoid the stress I experienced. The host will not make any excception and will not help you.

I visit Zagreb regularly. This apartment was great for a solo traveller. It is just minutes from the city centre. The area was peaceful, with a lovely cafe/bar at the entrance of the building—a tiny balcony with a decent view. The room itself was pretty up-to-date, and it was very comfortable for me.

The one thing I did not like was the four storeys that I had to walk up to get to the room. With luggage, it became quite cumbersome. One of the entrance doors tended to stick occasionally, making it difficult to get to the unit. Although I did not have a car, I would point out that this place does not have direct parking. There is metered parking, but if you tend to leave your car overnight, you may want to park in a garage.

It was clean and comfortable. Easy to reach, surrounded by green environment. The stuff was super quick to reply. The apartment has all the amenities.

The apartment is tidy and clean. It's close to the city center. The surroundings are quiet. There’s a coffee machine in the apartment, so we were able to enjoy our mornings.

The title said the room had a balcony and a terrace, but it didn’t. I eventually realized that referred to the room for 2 people without a sofa, not the one I booked. The instructions said it was the top floor, but it’s actually the second-to-last floor."
