It was such a fantastic stay; I wish we could have stayed much longer! Everything was so clean, yet also felt very cosy. This has to be among the best accommodations in Christchurch.

Everything there for a stay of a couple of days. Comfortable, warm, great beds, good wifi, also sound proof as the rugby was on nearby, but inside the house we heard nothing. Would recommend.

The stove top was very temperamental, I think there might be a fault that needs checking as was difficult to adjust heating, need to move finger about to get the right spot. We parked on the street as our car was large, but managed to find a spot close by each night no problem.

This was an amazingly lovely, comfortable place for us to stay. It had everything and more than we expected. As we were working during the weekend, it was such a nice place to come back to. I would definitely book it again.

The location, the cleanliness. The house was absolutely wonderful. Would stay here again!

The house is a brand new build and maybe as the owner hasn’t stayed in it yet so probably hasn’t noticed but I wanted to share with you so you can get it fixed whilst under warranty. The air conditioning units make a very loud random grinding noise, so much I thought it was the neighbour drilling concrete. But this only happens when we turned it on about 20mins afterwards. But the noise would keep going for about 30mins after we switched the unit off. The middle bedroom and master bedroom did this. Not sure about the front room and downstairs. Also a few lightbulbs didn’t work or the lamp shade broken.
