Beachfront Suite: Resort Amenities Included

This was a two day stay,I entered the room, and it was clean. however, this room has wear and tear. I noticed that the door key scanner was completely damaged from the inside of the room, which made me feel unsafe (please look at pictures) I quickly sent a text to management company about it and they never responded. I took pictures and videos of the room when I checked in, and after before checking out, which I always do to make sure I have documentations on how I received the room and how the room was left after checking out, I always do this when renting an Airbnb for my documentations I do this with car rentals as well. Hours after I checked out, I received a text from the management company notifying me that they found a crack in the bathroom sink. I asked for pictures, and she sent me 2 pictures of the sink. The sink shows a cracked hole on the drain area, which was NOT there when I left the unit. I repeatedly explained to the person who sent the pictures that the hole near the drain was not there when I checked out. They are trying to scam me for a security deposit and for damages that were not done by me. I felt a lack of professionalism from this managementcompany.I am now gathering my evidence and contemplating taking it further legally, I advise that if you book this room, do your due diligence to document the room when entering and before checking out so that you have your proofs, in case they try this scam on you.

there was nothing but furnitures. Not plates, cups, glasses, forks, knives or spoons. There was nothing to hold the tooth brush or to place the soap bar. No cleaning tools, neither cleaning supplies. Nothing at all. When I complained they sent me a box of dishes and a box of cutlery, 2 trash cans and a set of bath ceramic pieces. Every thing I had to un box and clean before using it.
