Dulcineea Apt-family friendly

The apartment is located near the center, it has free street parking in front of the building. It is the most kids friendly apartment we've been in, it has toys for kids of all ages, a high chair for feeding, a cot, and overall it's family friendly. It is well equiped, with anything you would need, and the host left us various things like water, snacks, coffee etc. which was a really nice touch.

Everything was extraordinary. The apartment is clean and very warm - you feel like home there. Martina was always available via massages. The location is great too. 10 minutes easy walking to the city center, couple of minutes to shopping mall. We have found parking spot in front of entrance. Very safe neighbor. The welcome basket awaited for us. Enough tea, coffee, toileters, toys and games for kids.... Also, you have left (by host) lot of useful information regarding near by markets, public transportation, city maps, and restaurant recommendation.

It is not minus, just to mention that you can wait little longer then usually for hot water in shower. And it is on right, not left side :) Just let it slow flow for apx 10 minutes and everything will be perfect. Don't be nervous. It is because of old installations and central boiler.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s rest. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. They provided helpful tips about the area and responded quickly to any questions. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had everything. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Very often you book a house, yet here you find a home. It doesn't look as glamorous as other new apartments, but it comes with everything you might need when you are away. This is the place where we started to search in the closets because of the positive surprises we might find. Enough toys for toddlers to be busy, books in many languages, bottled water and instant soup, cutlery for babies. Simply amazing. With its garden view, you have a quite place and lots of shadow. Do I need to write that it was pitch clean? Martina is such a thoughtful host!

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is super cosy, very spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything we could have needed and the communication with the owner was super easy. It was close to everything we needed. It is a few minutes walk to Iulius Mall, 15 minutes walk to city center.

It is really close to Iulius Mall. Usually the properties make an assessement of the distance based on closest route on air,but Dulcineea is indeed, close to the shopping mall which was my point of interest. You find supermarkets very close and also shops. The checkin and checkout is a really easy process and the property is spacious,clean and bright. I arrived earlier than checkin time and they were really nice and accomodating.
