L'emplacement proche du centre historique de Vannes. Commerces à proximité. Accueil compétent mais assuré par l'hôtel voisin. Cuisine bien équipée.

Mauvaise isolation phonique, pas de climatisation, canapé lit très inconfortable, panne de la télé au deuxième jour...

"A great city centre place that I’d use again! But not in a heat wave!"

Perfect location easily accessible on entering the city and close to the centre. Apartment was spacious clean quiet and very well equipped. Underground car park made it easy and safe to park and super light from there to our floor. Reception was very helpful and most spoke good English. Ditto restaurant staff. Food was excellent, reasonably good choice of styles and not expensive.

We stayed in May 2026 heatwave. Temps rose to mid 30’s and our apartment had sun all day, but no AC. IT WAS VERY WARM and difficult to sleep. Reception provided a fan which helped but still uncomfortable. Only other issue was the mattress was a little too firm for us. Otherwise a 5* place to stay. No photos of the accommodation but view from our window and 3 city snaps.

Très bon emplacement- très bon buffet petit déjeuner - bonne insonorisation - vaisselle suffisante- literie tres confortable et personnel très aimable -

Juste un petit détail qui n'entache en rien les très bonnes prestations : pas de fer à repasser et pas de savon lavabo salle de bain
