This property is a complete scam. The listing uses AI-generated / heavily edited photos that have absolutely nothing to do with the real apartment. What you get in reality is an apartment built behind an abandoned restaurant, in disgusting and unsafe conditions. The place smells like garbage, there are cockroaches everywhere, and the entire apartment is filthy. The windows do not close, making it unsafe and impossible to stay inside. There is no real bed and no sofa. Instead, there are dirty mattresses placed on wooden beams, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. The bedding is yellow, dirty, and clearly not washed, and the towels are filthy and torn, with holes in them. The bathroom was disgusting. There is a hole in the wall near the shower, visible dirt everywhere, and absolutely no signs of professional cleaning. The ceiling is leaking and covered in mold, which is a serious health hazard. The door lock is broken and unsafe — sometimes it doesn’t open, sometimes it doesn’t close. We could not leave our belongings there or sleep safely. The reality of this property is 100% different from what is advertised. This is misleading, deceptive, and fraudulent behavior. ⚠️ This review is currently the ONLY way to get the owner’s attention. Pis en mal estat de manteniment: terra trencat, armaris i portes en mal estat. Llits dolentissim, matalassos pessims. Goteres al bany i algun que altre escarbat a la escala i a dintre del apartament. No te res a veure amb les fotos que apareixen de mostra , que clarament es el apartament que dona al mar. Ens hem queixat al propietari pero encara no hem rebut resposta.

Las fotos con el apartamento ni se parecen, están en remodelacion y muy a ñas 7am comenzaron a taladrar en la pared de nuestro cuarto, en fin necesita muchas mejoras tienen gran potencial pero no era lo que esperabamos

Perfect location and slept 6 comfortably. The communication from booking.com was excellent!

Bathroom sink faucet, shower handle were loose and need to be fixed and the hole in the ceiling where with appears a light fixture should be. Just needs TLC.

Location was awesome, information about where to park & how to access the property was great. When we had a problem to access the property one day the host was very responsive and someone came to assist very quickly.

Apartment had a distinct mold smell in it, all the crockery smelt of mold once it had been in the cupboards. The place wasn't in as good a condition as we'd have expected for the price we paid.

The images that are provided are fake. The facility was very dirty, old, moldy windows, chopped floor, nothing compared to the apartment that I booked.

Beds were comfy, and great location.

Too much light comes in from the alley, would recommend putting up some curtains. And we turned on the heater and smoke came out.
