Modern Urban Oasis with Private Plunge Pool

Ilias is great.

Le logement est placé cinq minutes d’un arrêt de tram. Il est en plus en face d’un petit parc où il y a des restaurants et épicerie aux alentours. Le logement dans l’ensemble est neuf et la piscine est un atout considérable.

Nous sommes en demi sous-sol, donc très peu de lumière naturelle, mais celle-ci est compensée par énormément de lumière dans le logement. Nous avons retrouvé quelques blattes dans le logement.

The location was very good short walk to the harbour and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

The beds were not comfortable used the plunge pool and water overflowed all over the bathroom floor even into the hallway found 1 or 2 cockroaches each day a lot of noise in the mornings from outside the apartment couldn’t get anything to work on the TV

The location is best Marina drive and beaches food stops 1000 of shops are close and right centre of piraeus and 15 mins to athens and 40 mins to airport and pirarus port is walkable you can go all island like crete, aegina (1hr), poros and agistri Super market is next door

The bed is old and is deformed so no proper sleep The water of plunge pool will overflow and in the bathroom it will comeout you have keep sweeping The food plates were less and you have to keep asking to owner But he is nice guy helped and very quick to respond May be its just our luck But hope they fix toilet and beds soon If yes then its best home

The pool was really excellent -- my eight year old daughter especially enjoyed it! And, all the other facilities were also great -- we had a really good week there!

The location in Piraeus is excellent! There are restaurants and coffee shops around the place. A minimarket nextdoor and easy access to metro and taxis. Since I travelled during winter, the indoor pool was a plus for my holidays Well equipped kitchen. Water pressure and hot water in the shower is excellent Communication with Dmitry was very good and fast I recommend this place if you want to have a nice quiet place to rest after long walks and tours around Athens

Probably I would improve the Internet signal since it doesn't reach all the way to the last bedroom. Luckily I had Internet in my phone so I decided to disconnect from the WiFi when I was in that room

The property is located a short walk from shopping, cafes and restaurants. Supermarket next door was handy. About 1.5kms to the cruise ship terminals. Nice walk around the waterfront restaurants in Pireaus.

The apartment is located in the basement of a 3-4 storey building, and is the only apartment on that level, so it felt very isolated and at times, creepy, being two female travellers from Australia, where basements aren't a thing. No natural light, windows or fresh air and as such would not stay again.
