The Sandgate Elegant studio, Chania Seaside

This is a brand new building. The materials, furniture and even the floor tiles feel of the highest quality. The room had all the equipment you will need for a self-catering stay. The room has balconies on both sides, letting plenty of light in. Loved the automatic shutters that keep the light out at night. Balcony comes with full furniture for you to work from, eat or relax. Internet was at 50/5 mbits. The neighborhood, Koum Kapi, is quiet, residential, on the seafront and within walking distance of the Old Town. Many of the locals congregate on its seafront coffee shops and taverns. The owner is very welcoming, hospitable and very responsive to our queries. We would definitely stay again.

The safety light on the ceiling is too bright, you might need a sleeping mask or find a creative way of dealing with it.

Very clean property and location was perfect. The host was easily contactable and was very friendly, even booked us our return taxi home. Would recommend 10/10 stay!
