Ocean View Luxury Condo Oceanfront and Pool

Overall very good stay, only with minor maintenance issues. The location and view is what definitely makes this property. Hearing the ocean crashing from the balcony and seeing the sun set over the ocean is pretty amazing. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, I wish I would have got the brand or make of it because I slept better on it than my own at home. Booking Instructions were very helpful, with step by step photos of how to access and where to park. Staff at reception lobby are above and beyond professional and helpful. Little old man greeted us and upon letting him know what unit we were staying in pointed us in the right direction. He took a glance at my truck and pointed out that it being lifted, the height might not fit inside the parking garage below and helped out with a parking pass to they're other open lot right next to the property. (Life saver because regular parking around the facility is impossible to find. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the kitchen utensils & cutlery essentials a person would need. Again, overall it's a very solid stay and you won't regret it.

I only have two minor gripes about the place. The master shower does not drain, and fills nearly entirely up by the time you finish. It drains completely in a few hours but obviously that is just a maintenance issue. Also, I failed to catch on the ad for the apartment that it does not have A/C. I assumed most modern remodeled apartments would have this and that was my mistake. This was easily offset by opening up both balcony doors and the use of fans provided in the unit closets. Initially walking into the unit on check in it was pretty warm and muggy. Took about 20-30 minutes to cool the place down with the fans with the assistance of a breeze that rolled in. Through the course of the night it cooled off even further for perfect sleeping conditions. I would suggest the host coordinate cooling the unit down an hour before check in arrival for the best experience.

There were only 4 towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One half roll of paper towels for a party of 6 women for 2 nights.

Very dated, alot of things don't work, alot of Things are broke, dishes had dried food on them, we enjoyed our stay, but not worth what we paid.

Ocean front views with walls of windows to see and hear the surf. Very comfortable furniture,tastefully decorated and fully appointed. Everything we needed was there from kitchen & bath items to beach towels. Short walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Limitless beach waking!

Very good service by HD stay group which manage this property at the time of our trip. Very Good communication and superb view of ocean. Worth it !

The chandelier on top of the dining table location makes the person hit their head when standing up. (Many times) Relocation recommended

The location, apartment, and views were incredible! We couldn’t have asked for a better location and wonderfully helpful hosts!
