Very clean and modern renovated apartment in a classic, old Budapest apartment building. The location is great because it is located in the less crazy side of the river. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet at night. I had a bicycle shipped to the apartment and the host was very helpful in giving me the right address information for delivery. The apartment had a nice TV that has screen mirroring technology so I could view my iPhone screen on it. If anyone is coming to Budapest for dental treatment, this is a great location that is only a few doors down from a state-of-the-art dental office called MyDent.

Great location, close to Margaret bridge and many trams and buses. Nice historic buiding with plenty of character, beautiful and very comfortable apartment. We really wnjoyed out stay!

Fantastic apartment, absolutely everything was provided for a very comfortable stay, even umbrellas and slippers! Faultless communication from owner. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Close to tram stop, although they were out of service during our stay, but we were happy to walk everywhere. Lukacs Spa Baths just 10 minutes walk away. Don't be put off by the old building and dark stairwell, this is a gem of an apartment.

Family living in apartment above were very noisy, we could hear a man shouting and children running around non-stop. Once we switched on the air conditioning unit, it helped block out the noise.

Čisté a pohodlné prostředí, vše na nejvyšší úrovni. V bytě je klimatizace, což nám doslova zachránilo život, protože venku bylo kolem 35 stupňů. V blízkosti je Lidl a spousta restaurací, barů a obchůdků. Nedaleko se nachází zastávky autobusu a tramvají. Vše bylo opravdu skvělé, velmi doporučuji.

The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable. Walking distance to the Lukacs spa and very close to tram-stop to take you anywhere in Budapest. Online check-in went smoothly.

Only thing we didn't appreciate was the building and the surrounding buildings. They looked very old and not taken well care of.

The flat is very new and clean, well-connected to the city center, and the owner was very reactive and helpful!

It was not a problem for us since really not too bad, but one can hear some traffic noise from the street
