"Lovely apartment but horrible check-in spoiled my experience."

Location was great as I had to be close to the airport.

I had a horrible check in. I found it extremely difficult to locate the apartment within the complex. It was dark and the number 17 on the apartment block was not clearly visible. I had to stand outside in the cold for more than 1 hour with the hosts out of reach/not responding to calls or messages sent via the Booking.com App. I had to ask for directions from a stranger in the adjacent block. After this I managed to enter the apartment and retire for the night. Due to the delay in response from host(s) I was unable to order food for the evening due to it being too late and most restaurants did not deliver at that time.
