Location

The room smells ciggarete once i open it, i found cockroach, the wall socket not working, the linen has yellow spot, bathroom tiles not srub well

Free parking

Very crowded. Lift was slow, long wait. Heated pool wasn't heated properly, it was cold. Doesn't feel like a 5โ˜† hotel as claimed. Standards have dropped drastically compared to 8 years ago. Dirty linen was still left in the room (they called later at night to ask if they could remove it). Water was still left in the kettle from previous use. The view.... I wouldn't even say its mountain view lol
