Excellent location, close to everything. great room really clean & spacious. Wonderful outdoor seating area where I read a book in the evening and just watch the world go by.

I don’t know if I would say it’s something I didn’t like, but I’ve never stayed in a place where there wasn’t a desk that you could go to to talk to someone and ask questions. You had to do everything through the message app,

Location close to station, beach and many restaurants. Bright, with view towards beach. Quiet.

No reception or concierge, despite being 30 floors of rental apartments. No instructions on how to raise or lower temperature in apartment. Lounge chair was inferior to photos.

This self contained apartment in downtown Busan was perfect for our mid trip stay. It had a washing machine and small clothes rack at a time when we really needed it. The views are great and makes for a thoroughly enjoyable waking, up and general hang out experience. We loved our time in this accommodation. Staying in the low / shoulder season also made this great bang for your buck.

The towels are small - practically hand size, but that seems to be the norm in Korea as we found this across most of our stays.

The space and layout was perfect for a comfortable stay. Location was great too with convenience to food, leisure and the station

Due to the entertainments right down the streets outside, it could get a little noisy outside with the cars and some drunk people

There are some great positives as well as some negatives for this apartment. Positives first: the location is excellent, the view is beautiful, and you get a lot for the price, so it is great value. Also, we needed to do laundry, so the laundry machine in the kitchen came in very handy. For many people, all of that will be enough reason to go with this apartment.

The negatives: this is very much an AirBnB setup. They put restrictions on what you can cook (no meat or fish), they ask you to take out the garbage, and they asked us not to be in the apartment for part of the 2nd day of our two-day stay because a new bed was being delivered. We booked the stay two months before arrival, so there was no reason for this to happen during our short stay. They also didn't clean up after delivering the bed, so there was dust and hair that had been trapped under the bed all over the bedroom floor when we returned later that day. As long as you understand that this is very much an AirBnB style booking through Booking.com, you'll be fine. We were not expecting that, and we purposely don't use AirBnB for those reasons, so we would not book this stay again.

The location is well located in the middle of Haeundae area. 3 mins walk down to the beach or to the station. The view is just stunning!

The bath towel is face towel size, it was pretty small.
