Mermaid Townhouse- by Brighton Holiday Lets

Gorgeous house, love the decor it was perfect for my sister's hen do. Comfortable beds and great location

The guesty app is a bit of a nuisance, would be easier to just book through booking.com. it wasn't a huge deal but i couldn't view the check out instructions but hoping it was all ok!

A group of 11 of us stayed for the weekend and Mermaid Townhouse was Perfect! The location is brilliant, only 10 mins walk to Brighton Pier, the property was immaculate and spotlessly clean, and we loved the Mermaid theme, each room was beautifully decorated, with quirky little touches through the house! The bathrooms were huge and the living space was very comfortable for all of us, there was even a little outside patio at the back. Finally, having a keypad with a code meant that check in was seamless, and super easy for such a large group of us to come and go all weekend - couldn't fault it!

We stayed here Friday to Sunday in August and thought it was good value for money, loved the decor and theme of the house, it was clean and tidy, had everything you would need, bedrooms were good sizes and downstairs bathroom was huge, it was an easy and smooth booking process with simple instructions on how to enter the property via a code on a keypad which was perfect as no worrying of taking keys out with you. The house is right near the beach and there is a local shop a 2 minute walk away.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

You had to text on arrival for a security patrol man to come round and he stated no loud noise after 10pm but there was a poster in the property stating no loud noise after 10.30pm so this needs to be updated so that what is written in the house and what is being said are the same rules.The small patio was full of cigarette butts.The fire exit in the basement bedroom was blocked by ironing board, air conditioning unit and other stuff.

Every room was beautifully decorated. It was stunning and soo many mirrors which was great. Loved the art and the wallpaper. There was plenty of space for our group of 13. Very close to town so was able to walk everywhere.

Would have been a push for more than 13 I think. Not having to use the lounge as a bedroom was a big bonus.

Having just stayed at the Mermaid Town House for my stag weekend, our group had a fantastic time, with the property having a big part to play in that. The location of the property is great, very walkable to the city centre, train station, beach, or anywhere else in Brighton you'd need for a weekend trip. Using a keypad for entry rather than a traditional set of keys is great, especially with so many guests staying at one time. The decor and cleanliness was top notch and the hosts were super helpful. Would highly recommend for a group trip to the coast.

The town house was lovely, it had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully. The location is a stones throw from the beach. The management team have been fantastic with replying and answering queries. 10/10 customer service.
